Principal's Message

My name is Donita Geetings, and I have the privilege of serving our PCM Elementary School Learning Community.  Together, Monroe Elementary and Prairie City Elementary provide a family-focused atmosphere for approximately 550 students. Our school culture is one of belonging, respect, and collaboration. As your principal, I commit to establishing academic excellence and a focus on student leadership. I inspire to provide our students with leadership opportunities within their classrooms, our schools, and our community. It is my sincere belief that when home, school, and community partner together we provide a healthy school environment that nurtures students who are lifelong learners and productive citizens.
